We've built our home staging business here in Ontario. Our Airbnb work has been abroad — themed family homes in Orlando and a beach apartment in the Caribbean. Every rental is quoted per project, based on size and scope. Consultations are free.

Do I need permission to run a short-term rental?
Often, yes. Most Ontario municipalities license short-term rentals and many limit them to your principal residence, and a condo declaration can restrict them separately. Check both with your town and your condo board before you spend on furnishing. We can design around the rules, but we can't waive them.
How long does it take?
Three to six weeks for a full furnish. One to two weeks for a refresh.
