We've built our home staging business here in Ontario. Our Airbnb work has been abroad — themed family homes in Orlando and a beach apartment in the Caribbean. Now we're bringing that experience closer to home, helping Canadian hosts furnish rentals that book, whether it's a cottage up north or a condo downtown.

Every rental is quoted per project, based on size and scope. Consultations are free.
Do you design themed rooms?
Yes. Themed rooms are a specialty, and they stand out in Airbnb search.
Can you refresh a rental I already host?
Yes. We restyle what you own to lift your listing photos and your nightly rate.
What areas do you serve?
Oakville, Burlington, Milton, Mississauga, Toronto and the wider GTA.
Do I need permission to run a short-term rental?
Often, yes. Most Ontario municipalities license short-term rentals and many limit them to your principal residence, and a condo declaration can restrict them separately. Check both with your town and your condo board before you spend on furnishing. We can design around the rules, but we can't waive them.
How long does it take?
Three to six weeks for a full furnish. One to two weeks for a refresh.
